Sturdy steel baking sheets
I purchased 2 sets to replace worn out, &/or disliked decades old baking sheets. Have been using these very regularly for months... A wiping of regular grade olive oil (NOT extra virgin, the regular cooking, baking grade often sold in cans) makes them more truly nonstick than any coated bakeware. They clean up just fine after cool to touch with water, dish soap, & rag. If stuff is stuck on, soak it in dishwater for awhile. These are no extra trouble for care - if you learn to bake & cook with stainless in your kitchen, this part of life is much simpler & easier! Lasts MANY many years longer than supposed "nonstick" coated cookware that needs replaced so often. These are Very nice gauge, nice weight & great proportions. Very versatile style. I have a very small oven & was concerned the larger pan might just barely fit... but these fit perfectly with plenty of space for heat circulation all around the pan. They do not warp any more with very high heat than any other baking sheet... & MUCH less than the cheaper quality or aluminum will! Of course they flatten again upon cooling. I have not had ANY noticable warping while baking at 350°F to 375°F ... have Actually noticed Only a slight warping up in 400°F & higher range... This is NORMAL... This is why I wanted the jelly-roll type side walls when choosing new sheets... Because I do a lot of roasting, broiling & such at these higher temps & was tired of fluids escaping when my old pans would warp under the heat. So far I have zero complaints, would recommend to friends/family, & would purchase again. If this opinion changes, I will edit this.

So Easy to Clean!! Awesome Cookie Sheets!!
I wish I had ordered these years ago! I recently came across the question, "How old are your cookie sheets? Are you still using the same ugly, old, rusty ones you received when you set up your first kitchen?" OMG, yes! They were so awful I lined them with aluminum foil every time I used them, which was probably destroying the few brain cells I have left. So I threw them out and ordered these beautiful, shiny STAINLESS STEEL cookie sheets that I now use every day. Every day!! I roast veges and meats on them, bake breads and eggrolls on them, and reheat everything on them. They fit perfectly in my toaster oven (super-sized Breville, so the larger baking sheets fit, but I bought the smaller baking sheets, too, which will fit in ANY toaster oven) and, of course, in the regular oven. They clean like a dream!! That is the part of this that just blows me away! I swear, it is like washing glass. "Mirror Finish" is no exaggeration. Even though I spray/spritz/wipe them with oil (olive, canola, coconut, grapeseed, etc.) and then bake in the oven, they wash easily with sudsy water. No scrubbing, no harsh cleansers. They also fit in the dishwasher (along the side) and come out like brand new. One sheet that was air drying in a dish rack was so shiny that a visitor noticed it from across the room, commented on the shine, and joked that she was going to use it as a mirror. And that was after weeks of daily use. I wish I had purchased these years ago.

these seem really nice, and I am already leaning towards a second ...
My set of pans just arrived today. First things first - what I've received seem to run contrary to a bunch of the negative review points I'd read about these prior to purchasing. 1. these pans are not " just a step up," from a cheap disposable aluminum pan. The stainless steel isn't the highest (most thick) gauge, however, it's fairly thick for a non-commercial sheet pan. The only flex (out of the box) in the larger pan is in the very center. The rolled edges of both seem very solid. 2. the smaller pan - some have reported that its edges are sharp. I see no evidence of this at all. The small pan's rolled edges are the same as the large pan's. No sharp or pointy bits that I've found. Personally, should you receive a set in which these two points are an issue (pans seem flimsy, have sharp edges), I would return them and see if a replacement set solves things for you. For those receiving sub-par sets, not sure if it's a supplier issue, or an actual manufacturing issue. Again, the pair I received has none of these issues. I haven't yet tried these in my oven, and expect there to be a bit of warping and popping. That's just the nature of the metal and heat application. Will update once used a few times - though right out the box, these seem really nice, and I am already leaning towards a second set if they work out well.

First set is Sturdy and Well Made Pans for years of use
Wow....These pans are sturdy, well made and will last me a very long long time. I lightly sprayed them with oil...baked up some frozen items and nothing stuck. These washed up very easy. Very good pans. Editing Jan 6th 2017: Got a second set for Christmas from my Son. The 2nd set is Marked Stainless Steel 18/0 ...yes 18/0. That said. The second set we used and in the Oven with Pies the small pan tweeked up. My first set doesn't do that. The first set is not marked anywhere. First set is Stainless Steel...I don't think there is any difference in the weight of the two different sets...but like others have said...their's tweeked too. First set didn't and the 2nd set did. After cooling..it goes back to normal. I had each of the small pans under 2 different pies. New pan had a Cherry Pie and the older one "unmarked" had an Apple Pie. Cherry Pie pan tweeked...Apple didn't. Take it for just that...New pans are different some how. 2nd set is still sturdy, and will last for many years. I just don't like the tweeking when using them for baking.

These are beautifully crafted and solid baking sheets. I love that they don’t have any of the chemicals that non-stick pans have that can be toxic. When they arrived they were like mirrors!! They have performed very well so far and are generally very easy to clean. If however, they are on very high heat with an oil/fat without food on top the oil can get cooked and stuck on and be a bit difficult to remove. Takes some elbow grease. But well worth it! Gorgeous pans.

Very sturdy, non-toxic, stainless steel. Does not seem to warp. Cleans up easily due to the mirror finish. Have only used it for cookies so far, but am very satisfied and looking for a similar style/brand cake pan!

I'm transitioning to stainless steel baking pans, these does not only look nice but also work well. I always use parchment or aluminium foil. Wash well in the dishwasher.

Heat conduction is not as good as aluminium, but very acceptable for a cookie sheet given the health issues of using other metals and finishes.

I especially like the strength and sturdiness. Very easy to clean.
