Catit Senses Interactive Cat Toys Value Bundle - Play Circuit, Wellness Center, and Food Tree

Our 2-yr old cat was just rescued from growing up partially feral in urban alleys. Because he's so obsessed with food from having to scrounge it up for himself the first two years of his life, he's already developed a weight problem. The Catit Feeder has caused a transformation in our food-focused cat. He likes pushing the dry kibble through the holes into the lower levels and because he has to use his wits to get the food out, it keeps him entertained and relieves his anxiety of the "empty" food dish because he can't gobble it all up at once. Now he's more secure knowing that there's always a good supply of kibble in his feeder but he has to "work" to get to it. He's lost a few pounds and is more lively and playful since we started using the feeder. He also loves his grooming stand, which we have separate from the feeder. He likes the play circuit that I shaped into an S curve. Definitely the best value for all three items which makes for an enriching environment for a savvy cat. Highly recommend!!

Overall, I have to say that these products are made with good quality. When received, the products come in parts that you must put together. The assmebly is pretty self-explanatory, but there are easy to follow instructions that are included with each product. I purchased the bundle that same with the Play circuit, grooming station, and treat/food feeder.I originally thought that the feeder would be a good addition for our cats to make them work for their food. I have one cat that has been gaining too much weight and thought the slow feeding would help to slow down his eating and make him use his mind a little in order to work for his food. So far, they only use this a little (I have 3 cats). We still have to supplement their diet through the typical feeding, as he gets frustrated with it and just hits the entire contraption that knocks food down. I will continue to work with them on this to try and use this more for the majority of their diet.The grooming station was a bust for our household. It is good quality and easy to put together, but my cats have thus far ignored it after a week of sitting out. It comes with catnip to try to entice your kitties to use, but so far even my cats that can pick up on catnip ignores it. This makes me believe that the catnip that came with it may be old. I thought the middle piece to chew on would be good for one of my cats that is in the stage of chewing on everything, but so far she has ignored this grooming station, too. I will try to continue getting them to use it, and update this post if I am ever successful.The play circuit has so far been the most used piece. When I bought these products, I thought this would be the least used, since my cats already have many toys. This toy however, has been the most successful with my three cats. Sometimes I will make the ball roll to encourage them to play with it, but sometimes they go to it on their own. Two of my cats will play with this together, knocking the ball back and forth to one another. It is cute to watch them to play. We are thinking about buying another one of these to hook to it, since it seems a little short for the amount of cats we have. Adding another section is also in the hopes that they will be more active, and not just lay and play, like they currently do. This track is flat, so that it is easy for the ball to go along the track. It also comes with one ball. The track can be shaped in different ways to help make the toy more interesting for the cats, so that it isn't always in a circle or whatever shap you'd normally see with similar toys.I gave these toys a 4/5 because they are well made and a unique way to help keep your cats interactive. I dedcuted 1 star, because I believe the catnip was old. Also, not all cats are interested, so you may have to work to get them interested, or it could just be a waste of money. Keep in mind that your cat(s) has their own personality and may or may not take to these toys.

This set of three items is a great value!The track is long enough to test if your cat will like the track, and I did end up buying both version one and version two of the full track sets for more versatility. Only my kitten will play with the track.I tried treats in the tree, my older cats were mildly interested for a minute, my kitten is not really interested in treats yet so I put toy balls in it and it works fantastic. My kitten plays with it all the time. Note in my video it is loose and wobbling, it is not supposed to do that. If it is wobbling you need to press it down and turn it until it locks to make sure it is secured to the base. Mine was not and my 2 1/2 pound kitten was able to pull the whole thing over and almost broke a piece in the base. Luckily I am handy and used a Soldering iron to melt the plastic piece back into place and put it back together. Note the base has to be on the floor and you have to be pushing on the top and rotating to get it to lock into place (like a childproof medicine bottle). I tried putting it together upside down looking at the pieces and that simply does not work. Also there were reviews that this version one cat tree wasn’t as good because the hole on top is bigger but that works better if you’re going to put toy balls in it. I’m fairly sure if a full size cat were to jump on top a lot it would break off of the base, it is weak at the connection.The face rubbing thing is a hit with my older cat, I do have to spray it with catnip every once in a while to get him interested again. My other older cat is immune to catnip so she just ignores it. She’d rather rub her face on the cardboard box.The idea is to put the tracks around the tree and face rub thing but the cats do not like that, my kitten prefers to have space to jump inside of the track so I just have all three separate and the tree came with a really cool box to use as a toy.I know any box can be used as a toy but these are specifically made with cool designs on them and the cardboard is better quality and no tape marks. I like that it is less waste.Overall this was a really good investment and the toys look nice in my living room. Other than the base of the cat tree being weak everything else looks very durable. And I think you could turn that cat tree upside down without the base and still use it.
