GREAT for small business
Convenient grocery store with 13 employees. Great to keep up with. You have to manually add up time No software, to pay monthly fees . Easy set up. Employees use the back on the card for breaks !!

Basic (No Automation & Internet Connectivity) but gets the job done in its most basic form
If your looking for something that is high tech (that connects to the internet) and does the counting of hours for you then this is not the product for you. What does this product does is gives you a reliable clock in and clock out in its most basic form. If you are a small business with a few employees that is ok with manual counting of hours then this will work just fine. Set-up was easy and straight forward.

Good time clock.
This is the 3 one of these I have owned, they last about 5 - 6 years for me, mine is outside in my shop exposed to the severe heat of Phoenix summers, dust, dirt, it is covered so no rain.

Will not stay in correct Time Zone - must reset multiple times daily
This machine won't stay in correct time Zone. 1st Lathem lasted for years without problem. Have purchased 2 more machines 2nd lasting short time. 3rd will not stay in correct time zone. Don't waste your $$$.

Wish I would have bought sooner.
We love this time clock. Very easy to mount and use. Didn't have to set the time or anything. Prints Very quickly and very clearly. Highly recommend.
