Beautiful and sturdy

Originally, my rating would have been far less. When the product arrived, I saw it would be fairly easy to assemble. However, the sun's face is held to the back that secures the sunbursts by two small tabs on the back of the face. These tabs slip through holes in the back assembly and then are bent to hold it all together. My product had the two tabs, but one was bent crooked. I gently straightened it so it would align with and go through the holes. Unfortunately, when I bent it back down to secure the face to the back, the tab broke off. Its weld was poorly done. After some investigation, I found a way that I could keep the face aligned on the back even if it was missing one of the two tabs that normally would keep it aligned. The next day I received an inquiry from the seller asking me what I thought of their product. I explained to them that I loved the product's colors and the sun's facial expression. I was disappointed in the tab breaking. I told them I was considering returning the item and looking for something else. I asked for a partial credit if I kept it. The customer service agent instead offered to send a replacement free of charge. I accepted their offer. Yesterday, I received the replacement. Everything fit together and the tabs are strong. I was impressed with their customer service and their goal to keep their customers satisfied. With this customer service, I give them and their product a five-star rating; an uptick from my original two-star rating.

Difficult to assemble and because of its contoured shape very difficult to hang

I put this on the fence at the shallow end of my pool and it looks absolutely beautiful. Really easy to put together and the colours are vibrant. Only time will tell if it will last. Definitely recommend!

Never buy this product, it’s too small and very ordinary material. Price of the product should not be more than 100 Rupees. I delivered it to my other location and now I came here and found it’s a complete cheat! Beware!

I placed it outside where I could see it while cooking. It brightens everyone's day.
