Feels very sturdy and well made. The fit of the risers under the step is snug and has zero give, and the top of the bench doesn't sink or bend when I step on it with my 190lb/86kg body weight, also doesn't slide underneath me on my linoleum floor (when I have one at the gym that has worn out rubber gripping on the bottom of the risers causing the entire platform to slide, my solution has been to cut pieces of rug grip to put under the corners to give it better contact area and prevent movement). It is brand new so only time and use can tell how it holds up but just having it makes me feel like I'm the the gym. Intended use: step aerobic routines, cardio drills, exercise bench in combo with bands and body weight. Wish I purchased it for myself sooner ($79 total paid). Shipping was fast although I live in N.CA and it shipped from S.CA. I placed my order on a Saturday afternoon, it shipped the following Monday, and I received it on Wednesday (4 days total wait time, likely longer if you live outside of CA). Measures as indicated in the listing, please see my pics showing tape measure (I ordered the 43" version), and the video was shot on a rug so there is a little bit of floaty movement that is not from the step itself, just showing how the pieces break down and set up. Comes with the step platform and four standard risers. Note that these risers are independent of each other as well as the step platform, and they do not 'lock' into place to form a single piece of equipment, they merely stack on top of each other with the platform on top and it all stays in place due to gravity.

This is just like the one we use at my gym for Body Pump class. I like how long it is, you can lie down on it to do barbell presses, etc. It is very sturdy. Had kind of a funky smell when I took it out of the box, hoping that goes away. The smell did go away after a couple days. It is now December. I still love this bench and have lost 9 lbs. You can I corporate this bench into so many workouts. Love it!!

I love this step because it is professional grade. It is wide and very sturdy. I love that it comes with additional risers to make your work out more intense. Great product!

I bought this step to do Les Mills on Demand classes and it works great! If you’re wearing tennis shoes while jumping around on it, it gets a little loud. Think running up plastic bleachers. It’s also much longer than the steps that the Les Mills instructors have so certain moves you will have to exert a little more effort. Overall, it has been a good buy for the price! Really sturdy and never slides around when jumping on it.

Since the pandemic started and gyms being closed, I’ve been rigging up a BodyPump bench with 2 small ottomans. I don’t recommend that lol. I finally broke down and got this, and I didn’t realize how excited I’d be opening up the box and setting the up bench. I haven’t officially used it yet, but it seems a tad bit shorter, height wise, than the regular risers and bench you use at the gym for those who do the pump classes, but still works great. The bench part is surprisingly really heavy, but sturdy (so far).
