I was unable to find this item in our local stores and my recipe required this product. It worked great and my canned jelly turned out wonderful!

I use this for making jam and jelly. Works better than the powdered kind. Just be aware of the use by date.

Sets up fast!
I was really impressed with how quickly the Certo brand set up my pepper jelly batch. I used another brand on my first batch of pepper jelly and after a few months it is still runny.

I didn't partake for 4 days. Took one at night + 1 gallon of water, same in the morning. Took test at 10:00 am and passed.
