When works is awesome. I bough 3 times, and all 3 stopped to work after a few times of use.

Very high quality product, very powerful, very quiet.My wife love the little nubs on the "action" part. We both wish it were a little easier to turn on and off, though. If you have anything on your hands, this is extremely challenging to turn on... And when I am vibing my wife, there is always something on our hands!

Works great! My first one did break while putting battery in and they sent out a new one no problem. I'm guessing battery insertion is a typical issue.
