Loved it! Very interesting, with lovely practical tips.

Cover dirty / discoloured
Cover had some black and blue smudges on it in three places that wouldn’t rub off. Not ideal for a brand new purchase. Disappointed because I have previously studied this book and adored it. Won’t bother returning it because I am offshore and the next version might also be grubby.

High expectations for simple book
J'attendais beaucoup de ce livre, peut-être avais-je mis trop d'emphase sur ce livre car j'avais adoré le précédent de Déborah Needleman.

book is great. shipping dates are not met at all.
shipping was two weeks later. what is bad - they don't give traking codes. so you have to wait wait and wait. helpdesk person from handler side was incredibly nonpolite. book itself as expected is great.
