I purchased the remote control as advertised on this product listing. I had to adjust the spring for the negative battery terminal connection, but after messing with it a little bit the remote turned on. A lot of people said the remote didn’t work for them and I assume that was why. A very simple fix. However once the remote was on, it did not work for my air conditioner. Which I kinda expected as I’ve ordered several other ones and none of them worked either for my model TGM GWART12SA mini split air conditioner. I didn’t know you could do this but, Amazon had me contact the seller directly. They asked for all of the details for my A/C and made sure that they found me the EXACT remote control that would work for my air conditioner. They proceeded with sending me another remote FREE OF CHARGE including shipping and did not ask for me to return the other remote. That truly is customer service like no other! Very rare. The new remote I received works better than the factory one did! I can control my air conditioner from much further away than I was able to previously. I cannot say enough good things about this seller!! I have not been able to control my air conditioner for months now because when the last remote died every replacement remote I purchased did not work and there are no buttons on my mini split. They were the only company willing to help me! Truly, cannot thank you enough 🙏 if I could leave a tip I would! At the very least they deserve a 5 star review.
