Medium complexity, highly amusing
I host a lot of board game nights. This quickly became a crowd favorite. At first, you are drawn in by the clever names and funny images. After a while, the fun game dynamic becomes more important. This is not a heavy strategy game to be sure, but it is cute and fun and moderately easy to learn. I really enjoy it.

Fun modern board game
This is a very funny and stylized board game that thematically works very well! The turns are smooth and it is definitely a highlight of my collection, easy to learn and play and very challenging to win with several choices of hiring artists, creating TV programs and spending your limited budget. Highly recommend this one!

Enjoyable Game
First off, I really enjoy Networks. It has a great sense of humor and its themed really well. I've only played solo and with 2-players (thanks COVID), and I thought the solo mode was just okay and a little confusing the first time around. I've played a few 2-player games and I'm still enjoying it. My one gripe is I can't see the game having a long-lasting replay value. I feel like they could've addressed this by having more shows available to purchase, because, as it stands, I end up purchasing a lot of the same shows each play through. My understanding is there may be expansion packs (?) but I'm not sure if I'll end up purchasing any for this game.

This game is just plain fun. It's got enough going on that more experienced board game players will not get bored, but the rules are still simple enough that it's not too complicated for new players. The mechanics balance out the advantages/disadvantages of which actions to take, when to end your turn, etc. It's also visually fun and I love the art, the silly little jokes; it's a strategy game that doesn't take itself too seriously.

Really fun game
This is a multi-round game where everyone is building their own TV networks. The cards are a source of amusement for sure. This is a bit more involved game, but ultimately light enough to not scare away kids or new players, as long as the first couple of games are paced appropriately. Also, it can be played solo. This would be a great family gift for a game night during the holidays. Break away from the dice and moving around a board- try a modern Euro-style game!

Tonight on U 62
Not sure why the review wants me to talk about thickness but hey I enjoy this game so much if it wants to be called thicc so be it. Easy game to learn as the theme makes the actions you can take make sense. Hire actors, land ads and develop shows. This is a simple enough game you can introduce it to most groups but there is enough here to please even the snootiest Euro Gamer.

The Networks is an excellent example of a modern euro with a fun theme and nicely integrated mechanics. It has enough meat on it for an avid gamer to enjoy the experience, but is intuitive enough to be used as a near-gateway game.
