Bought this as a gift- mine is almost 20 years old and one of the most useful knives I own. Comfortable grip, cuts easily through a heavy loaf of sourdough. Durable.

Auch wenn du eine dünnere Scheibe Brot haben möchtest, geht das Messer sensationell durch. Arbeitet perfekt. Ich weiß nicht wie viele Brotmesser ich getestet habe, das ist sensationell. Dicke, dünne Scheiben oder ganz frisches Brot mit noch knusprigen Rand - perfekt. Klare Kaufempfehlung.

Geschmiedeter Stahl aus Solingen. Scharf, stabil, ein Arbeitstier in der Küche. Ich bin über alles zufrieden. Edit: Schneidet hart gefrorenes Brot ohne Probleme mittig durch.
