My 2nd time buying this Iron, very good one, not light but not heavy either, comfortable and durable. Pretty good in size, not small at all. When adding water try do not spray it on the surface of the Iron, it might stop working till fully dry.

My last one was a prominent brand, this one costs half as much and it's twice as good. Glad I bought it! Doesn't even need much water to iron out creases does a good job on its own!

The iron stopped working in December 2025. Less than 1 year after I bought it. The nearest place for fixing is Pinetown, Durban. To activate the warranty, I will have to take it there. They could have had multiple places in Durban for drop off to activate the warranty. Overall very disappointed in the iron. I do not recommend buying it.

Don't buy this product. It is rubbish. We have not used it many times and it is broken. Bought 30 May 2025. Today is 22 December 2025. It suppose to have 2 year warrantee but Amazon reduce it to two months. I can not exchange it or get a refund. according what I understand.
