Im pleasantly surprised at the durable, strong and precise sharpness of these scissors. I expected them to be cheaply made considering the price. But wow! I used the green ones to cut some meat cubes, the gray ones for some fabric and the purple ones are even heavy duty. Im very happy with all three and if I ever need scissors again I will definitely purchase

Good scissors. Just a notch below my Fiskars. I would definitely recommend these for anyone who needs decent scissors. Much better than the store-bought scissors I'm purchased in the past. No cheapie scissors here.

Is it value for money.... I can’t say much but definitely it is very good. This is a third pair I have bought. It is sharp and sturdy.

What is it with scissors, they always seem to disappear.... In all seriousness, the first lot of these Amazon Basics scissors were horribly abused for three years; used to cut everything from hair to veg/plants, metal to plastic, and never had an issue going back to paper; never broke, got loose or failed me in any way. The bright colors make them easy to spot, and the grips are really comfortable, for large and small hands. Sick of always finding the drawer without scissors I got a three pack of these several years ago...well, yet again, the scissors seem to have developed feet and wandered off, lucky if there is ever one set in the drawer; so time to re-order, except they were "unavailable" so I had to order another brand that frankly were not nearly as comfortable. Suddenly, these were back in stock, and I jumped at the chance to order another set, only a two pack was available (sadly, as the purple were my favorite), and was thrilled to open the drawer and see FIVE pairs of scissors. Not only are they inexpensive, they are sturdy, functional, reliable and comfortable. I highly recommend them.
