Order this - you won't be disappointed. I've made a bunch of the dressings and they are all delicious. I have 'finessed' some of them (I prefer a higher ratio of vinegar to oil) but the base recipe is ALWAYS good. You definitely can't go wrong with this book. Gives lots of ideas and combinations. I'm really glad to add it to my cookbook collection.

This book is a gem. So many quick easy recipes for all types of occasions. A very worthy addition to my recipe books.
