How far does it extend out from the wall?

With the plane of the mirror perpendicular to the wall it extends 4 inches from the wall. If tilted one edge extends 1-2 inches more outwards as the other edge conversely comes closer to the wall. I hope this helps! I like this mirror a lot. :-)

Can i unhook it from the base, to use in the bathroom or bedroom or would i have to unhook the whole thing?

You would likely need to pull off the whole thing from the wall any time you wanted to move it. The suction cup that sticks to the tile is connected to the mirror by a large rounded plastic ball joint

Can the mirror break like regular mirror?

The mirror does not break like other mirrors, mine has dropped twice in the shower and nothing happened to the mirror. I would imagine it would break if you purposely slammed it to the ground.

It's already lost its anti-fog ability. Any way to restore it?

On the package it says to put a little shampoo with water in your hand and throw it on the mirror. Then throw plain water after, it’s supposed to clear up the fog
