I've been woodworking for some time and I've yet to see sandpaper with the hooks on the paper.. it's typically loops. Maybe for other applications there is looped paper. Anyway, the looped version of this is just a foam half circle sanding block. Not worth the cost.

The surface is not Flat, it is rounded and therefore useless as a block sander......

The holes in one side are only marginally useful. If you're wet sanding orange peel you're better off getting a piece of harder rubber.

Finally a way to use 6" hookit discs by hand for detailed work. Typical Motor Guard good quality and utility.
