I’ve been using this replacement Chromebook charger for a while now, and it’s been reliable and durable. It charges quickly without overheating, and the cord feels sturdy enough to handle daily use. The plug fits securely, and I haven’t experienced any interruptions or loose connections. Overall, it’s a solid, dependable charger that does exactly what it’s supposed to do.

Great charger, exactly what i wanted
Product arrived in original packaging, brand new. I have moved from UK so i needed a US spec charger for my laptop . It doesn’t get hot at . I use it all the time and it works perfectly. Great fit for my laptop. Doesn’t use a lot of power either. Thank you amazon! Especially for such a cheap price!

There is NO 12-month warranty!! Beware of the Scam.
I bought this product about a year ago, and it worked fine for the first 6 months. Then it stopped working altogether. The product specifies that it comes with a 12-month warranty from the manufacturer, so I reached out to CRUMFERT through Amazon's Seller contact system to claim the warranty. 5 months later, they still haven't responded. Then, I tried to claim it through Amazon, but they were unable to fulfill the warranty as it was the manufacturer's responsibility. But Amazon themself don't actually have the manufacturer's contact information. I talked with Amazon Customer Service over the phone, and they admitted that they have no information about the manufacturer. Therefore, CRUMFERT doesn't provide any 12-month warranty for this product. This information is false, as they make it impossible to contact the manufacturer and get products replaced. Seeing as this charger stopped working after 6 months, this is a scam. Amazon, please remove the 12-month warranty line, or just take down the product altogether. Beware of this product, as they are advertising false claims, and Amazon themselves are powerless to do anything about it. I'm honestly shocked that Amazon let this company advertise a warranty, but don't require them to give Amazon any contact information.

This was the perfect fit. It wasn’t exactly the same as the factory one I have, but it worked. Didn’t get hot and charged my laptop quickly.

This monster of a power adapter will get you charging and running again
I was in a tight spot because I was at a conference and had forgotten my power adapter at home. This one is enormous, but it does the trick, and now I have an adapter I can just leave in my computer bag so it doesn't happen again. The impressive size of this adapter also makes me hope that it will outlive the computer…
