Awesome learning tool, really takes a beating. Great quality, stuffed an old, thick king size comforter in it and it's perfect. I use this to focus on keeping my hands ahead through impact and it works wonders as it provides immediate feedback. It would be great if it came with exercises to support improvement according to user focus, but you can find lots of information like that on YouTube. I use this a lot in my basement for half swing exercises; just place it against something heavy and immobile and swing away. Can also use for full swings/strength training outside.

This impact bag is heavy duty. I’ve trained for hours on it and it holds up flawlessly. Highly recommended.

This is a solid smash bag. My suggestion is to watch the many YouTube drill videos out there. You don't hit these bags as hard as possible. The idea is to get feedback as to the correct position at ball impact. The drills videos will help. As for the bag itself, it is made of tough vinyl material. You won't be wasting money on a bag that will fall apart in a few minutes.

Only have this a short while but already I am understanding what I have to do. Watched some you tube videos and practice my swing inside with a pitching wedge. I think this is going to be a great help to my golf
