These large-eye needles are well made and very easy to thread, even with thicker thread or yarn. The eye of the needles are large, which is what I wanted. The needles themselves are good quality and very sturdy. The set also came with three threaders. If you struggle with vision and threading needles, these are a fantastic purchase!!

I do like that.They have a big eye so that they can be easily threaded.They are very strong but they do not go through canvas very well. I had to use a thimble to push the needle through the fabric.The tip of it is not sharp , although if you do slip , you will indeed poke yourself , they show that it goes through a bunch of pairs of jeans. that is not the case

Christmas morning one of the grandkids new stuffed bear had a tear in his back seam. So we performed a quick surgery for Bob the bear, using my new needles. They slid through the two seams and stuffing with ease. Bob the bear survived and was ready for the rest of the Christmas day. I love the large eyes, too.

Not bad definitely stronger than other needles the one downside is that you cannot use them for fabric embroidery. These needles leave large holes in the fabric. I’ve tried the smaller needles and still there are visible holes in my fabric.

Needles are clean and smooth, no rough edges that catch on delicate fabric. Decent sized eyes. Good for hand embroidery.
