A40 TR Pop Filter Replacement for Astro A30 A40 A50 A40TR, A50 X Gaming Headset Microphone Foam Windscreen Mic Cover, 3-Pack

I was looking for a wind screen for the Blue Icepop mic I have on my A40's. Main reason because my ceiling fan would activate my mic even with the noise gate all the way up. This solved the wind from my fan activating my mic and fit perfectly.

Great quality and easy to slide on over the mic. Only using two but good to have an extra just in case. Lowered feedback on the mic and the pick up of background noises. For little cost, makes gaming experience much more enjoyable. Using on Astro a40s, would put 5/5 but they slide on easy, never had an issue with it coming off though

They arrived the day after I ordered them. They are a nice puffy size that meets my needs. The sound comes through the microphone clearly. They work fine with my USB headsets, which I use for my remote jobs.

These filters/windscreens fit perfectly on the microphone booms that come with the ASTRO Gaming A40 TR, A30 and A50. The filters also protect the ASTRO A40 TR/A30/A50’s mic from saliva, dust, dirt and debris, and they attenuate (reduce/eliminate) unwanted sound frequencies. I’d personally recommend these filters if you have an ASTRO A40 TR, ASTRO A30 and/or an ASTRO A50 gaming headset. If you have any other brand of gaming headsets/mics (e.g. Razer, Turtle Beach, etc.), LEFXMOPHY also has filters/windscreens that fit those headsets as well.

Semi works for the fan noise not the best but you aren’t paying loads of money for excellent quality. 7/10 works semi solid.

Does what they're intended to. Got a 3 pack for my Astro A50 Gen 4. Fits the mic nice and snug. Stays on, no issues. Great price 👍

I purchased one of these for a headset that was used for gaming. My friends would always complain they could hear wind from me breathing or my fan. This blocks this sound. It works well.

Its good but dosnt fit tight on the mic

My wife gifted me the Astro A40 TR Xbox edition headset, but the mic was picking up a disturbing amount of background noise on my Xbox without a mixamp. I was the joke of every raid, constantly having to mute between callouts, turning myself into a blueberry, potato-handed, n00b. I was interested in having my headset wired directly into the console for couch gaming. These absolutely did the trick of drastically reducing background noise. I was skeptical about how effective these would be, but after using and testing them I highly recommend these to anyone experiencing the same issue. I would say these are a must for using any Astro headset plugged directly into a controller.

Still a few winds that goes through, but very worth the price and quality compared to others
