Good product,contents the three key aminos that are capable for muscle hypertrophy, I highly recommend this product, do not hesitate order one and see for youself. I highly recommend this product, flavour green apple.

No crazy energy, but it lasts
No crazy instant energy or tingles, but you won't be sleeping any time soon if you take it later on the day. The energy lasts for a long time.

I am not writing a paid review, and I did not receive this supplement for a review. This is honestly one of the best pre-workout's on the market. I have tried many in my years of lifting (NO Explode, Jack3d-the original formula, Mesomorph, Yeah Buddy, Quake, Super Pump Max, Nitraflex, C4 original, C4 Ultimate, and probably more I have forgotten). This PW takes the cake. Pros: Good dosages. Enough caffeine to wake you up without jitters. Enough Beta Alanine to feel some tingles, but not overwhelming. Enough Citrulline for good pumps. BCAAs included. I used to take my pre, then take BCAA during my lifting. No longer the case. This product is a two-fer. Taste. This is for last, because it's least important. But the taste is awesome. I have had green apple and watermelon. They are both outstanding. Con: This is personal preference, but i wish they put 3.2g of Beta Alanine in. What's in it is a good dose, but I enjoyed Mesomorph and Dymatize PO for it's high Beta dosage. Not really any other cons. This is a no BS pre workout. They cut out the fillers and crap, and made what is needed. I will purchase again, without hesitation.
