The Good, The Bad, The Truth
Use Case: - Prep work for painting my office The Good: - Easy to attach sand paper. The sides lift up and small sharp "teeth" hold the paper in place when you clamp the side back down. - No issues with retention of sandpaper. Stays put until you want to remove it. I used it in the direction of the sandpaper and against for multiple walls and baseboards. The jaws never opened unintentionally and the paper never slipped, even with aggressive sanding. - Comfortable size to hold for flat surfaces and extended use. - Solid build quality The Bad: - Not for tighter spaces. Because of its size and shape you won't be able to use it on an English Muffin with nooks and crannies. - Limited types of angles you can sand because you get the flat bottom and you can also make use of the small front and back lip to touch up some spots but those aren't the business ends like the bottom. The Truth: - The bad points I make are just informative for this product because it's not designed to do those things. There is a correct tool for the every job and if you need to sand flat areas then this is that tool. Understand that's it's main purpose and it does it well. Price works for me as I can't see wearing through this one anytime soon so this should be a one and done.

Needs 9” X 2.5” Sheets
The details section for this item states that it uses 1/4 sheets. So after I ordered mine, I cut all my full sheets of sandpaper down to 1/4 sheets. I need to start my project first thing in the morning. So I ordered overnight delivery. The item arrived this morning and the 1/4 sheets do NOT fit!!! Note: you need to use sheets 9” X 2.5”. I now need to run out to Home Depot and buy more sandpaper so I can get started this morning.

Heeft niet de breedte van normaal schuurpapier op rol. Dat is ERG lastig.

Really simple and easy to use. Getting the sandpaper in is quick with the pins holding the paper in place. Cheap enough to buy a few in case you misplace. Firm rubber material these are made from keeps sanded surfaces nice and flat too.
