Oh my what a product! I've had starflower before from my local supermarket and didn't feel any different. With this brand of starflower I feel so much better, my nails and skin have improved enormously and I have much more energy than before. The price is within keeping with other retailers.

I'd started getting hot flushes and was frustrated it seemed quite early to start with this (I was 41) but was just willing to accept it and had bought a couple of small fans to use at home and work and thought I was managing ok with it but when my mum suggested trying a very high dose of starflower oil I thought I might as well try (what harm could it do - although I wasn't really expecting it to do much). Within a couple of days having used the tablets I could definitely tell the flushes were less intense and less often until they eventually stopped entirely within a couple of weeks. I actually feel cold in bed again, yey! Much prefer that so I can wrap up in my quilt than struggling to cool down. Fans are now a bit redundant until we get some really hot weather and maybe I should have more confidence in my mum's advice in future 🤔 The only slightly annoying thing was that this was the only product that said it was more than 1000mg and since I wanted the highest dose I could get I went for this but you have to actually take 2 tablets a day so they are basically just 1000mg tablets so I could have bought any of the others I saw and taken 2 of those. It doesn't really matter as they obviously worked for me and I probably just hadn't read this in the details so was my own fault.
