The product is of excellent quality and I feel that my body is now getting the right amount of Zinc supplement.

I had ridges in my nails. Internet said it could be 3 things. Low iron, biotin, or zinc. I had recently finished a bottle of biotin and just had my iron checked. The only thing left was zinc. I haven’t finished my bottle yet but my nails are showing big improvements. I will continue using this.

I feel more energetic now I take these supplements 👍🏻

I'll be honest man... I dont always trust these too good to be true reviews. A lot of them just sound a little too fishy, like the product is just the miracle they waited for their whole lives, but i gotta say this... I have been having some weird issues with my skin over the past 5 months. It would get extremely dry, scaly, and inflammed in certain cases. There were actually points where it got some try that it started scaring and causing sores. (#1 - Skin Heath). Over the past 1 - 2 months, i've been noticing a blend of other things... I've been finding it difficult to handle things, emotionally. Pracitcally sinking into depressions (#2 - Anxiety Health); My vision sometimes would get extra blurry on occasion (#3 - Eye Health); It'd seem like i would get a little minor cold often (#4 - Immune System), and i'd be combing my hair, or would feel the front of my head after a haircut and noticed i'm doing some major thinning up top (#5 - Hair thinning/falling out). Most of those things combined could point to 1 or 2 things from what i've researched. A zinc deficiency or a B vitamin Complex deficiency. Both can be very common, but i decided to opt for the zinc because B-Vitamins dont directly affect the immune system like Zinc does. Plus Zinc is known to help temper inflammation responses, which i really needed because of my skin, also i started developing quite a bit of pimples on my body (mostly on my back, though.) I took my first tablet 2 days ago, and this is my 3rd day taking a tablet. I kid you not, the first day i took it, i noticed a difference in the way my skin felt. Zinc is known to help with conditions like Psoriasis, Dematitis (Including on your scalp), and Eczema. My scalp feels a whole lot better after taking it, because my scalp used to flare up often and cause me to go on a full-on attack with my scalp wherever, unfortunately, and shed major flakes. My issues were on a border of alarming and concerning. If you need immediate relief, you should probably take a pill in the morning and one after dinner (not before you go bed, though, but in the evening.) I, personally, am very pleased with the results, though. Btw. Not a paid review. I would definitely recommend if someone is having similar symptoms. Especially for their skin/acne. Also because Zinc is important for the developing and regulating of hormones, including growth hormones, and this product is mainly veggies, i would think it's okay to give a tablet to a younger pre-teen to teenager 10/11 - 16 year old so they can grow to be a stronger, and taller them. Love the product and thinking of buying the B Complex as well!

The tablet is 11mm wide and 6mm thick. It is not coated with anything so be cautious if you have a tough time swallowing larger tablets. That mentioned, I am very pleased with the tablet contents. My last zinc was purchased OTC and I had no idea what the long word tablet ingredients were (thats not good!!). The ingredients are simple to understand and hopefully effective. Highly recommended.
