I was a little sceptical about buying a powder as I normally like to get my protien from the food I eat as opposed to a supplements. But I decided to give it a go. Shopped around and my god protien is expensive. Then I fround this and I have to say, you do get a lot for your money. 133 Servings at 21g of protien. Excellent value. Use half a pint of skimmed milk and throw in a few eggs and thats a mighty shake at a very good price. So its a winner for me there. Taste, not so great. The powder mixes really well with a hand wisk, no problems like others have reported, but the taste is about a 6/10 at best. Its OK, but not brilliant. Got a slight biscuity after taste and yes it's strawberry, but the strawberry flavour isn't that strong. Hence my score of 4 stars. But don't let this put you off, it's a great powder for the price and I will certainly order again. So after several buckets I changed the flavour to salted caramel, spot on. Flavours amazing. Changed review from 4 to 5 star. Interestingly since using this, the price does keep creeping up!

Decent taste and good macros

I got the Strawberry flavour and it's passable. I've found that there aren't really any protein shakes that have an amazing taste, so this one is not too bad. The title says Whey, it's not it's Soy which is why it's cheaper. It is a bit misleading. However for the price it's OK. It shouldn't say Whey which is why I knocked a star off.

I am very pleasantly surprised at Serious Shredz. Although maybe a bit too sweet for what I'm used to, I'm sure I'll get used to it... its quite good as it happens. But for me, it's more of the fact it's great with milk and really smooth. For the price of a 4kg bucket of this stuff I was expecting clumps. But to my delight, no clumping at all. From now on, I'll only be buying Serious Shredz.

I usually buy myprotein whey but I thought I'd try this as you get more for your money. Well, I cant find the words I want to use to describe what it's like so I will just say what comes to mind. Taste- not strawberry, it tastes like powder and flour. Worst flavour I have ever tasted. Consistency- bitty is the word I would use for this, it does not mix smooth and no matter how much I shook my mixer, it didn't mix. Packaging- well, what a joke. When I opened the amazon Box, the lid had come off and half of the powder was in the box. Stupidly I was so concerned about saving the protein, I didn't take a picture! The seal on the tub is one of those that is impossible to get off as you have to peel back the edge of the lid. Funny how it easily comes off when you don't want it too. If you like a quality protein and you use one that may cost a bit more money but you know you like it and it's effective. Don't do what I did and try to save a few quid. I've wasted £41 on something that is only fit for the food waste bin. So disappointed! This review is 100% honest but very lenient.

I personally love the taste of the salted caramel, its nice an thick to, i put 2 scoops in at a time mind 😁

Tasty thick shake, I love it!

I absolutely hate the taste of this. I've tried mixing it with a mixer ball, 2 mixer balls, and one of those shakers that has like a little plastic grate in and there's always lumps and a grainy texture. I guess you could mix it with something but thats adding to your costs and prep time etc. I wont buy this brand again, its the worst I have ever tired.
