One of the top FIVE hotsauce of the last 60 I tried....
This is an excellent & unique hot sauce...pretty hot compared to market standards. Hotter than all the vinegar based trash out there. Not QUITE as hot as fresh Island style scotch bonnet sauces....but a thick, relatively low-sodium sauce with a distinctly Indian almost curry-ish flavor. A new favorite. I used it at first with a chicken dish. 10/10. One night I said hmmm i wonder and put it on fries and it was great haha. It is one of the sauces that you could eat on veggies, potatoes, chips, meat, pizza, eggs. I hope more people learn about this one because it's killer. I ordered one bottle to try 4 weeks ago...have sent 4 bottles as gifts to "hot sauce friends" and just ordered more for myself. The Indian food profile is not even one of my favorites....but between the consistency, good ingredient mix, low-ish sodium, large bottles compared to the typical 5oz "tease size", respectable heat...7/10 and I eat raw seranos.... and most important---a distinct pepper flavor. I dont know what a "birds eye" pepper is but they're a bit "fruity" like searing hot scotch bonnets but a tiny bit milder and something else different, hard to say yet...lots of indian flavors in there but the pepper flavor is great. Non "hot sauce people" could not tolerate this stuff heat-wise. Personally, I'm putting it on everything. Have not been this surprised since Alvins Yellow Scotch Bonnet sauce which seems to be off the market. Birdseye Bomb is a great sauce. An honest 10/10.

Great sauce.
Bought the original and Ghost pepper ones for my nephew for Christmas. He let me try them. I loved the flavor of the original so much im buying some for myself. The ghost pepper was too hot for me but he loves it. I plan to try all the flavors.

It's basically curry in a bottle
This sauce tastes pretty good. It’s not spicy, and the bottle is well‑made. It’s very different from traditional hot sauces with a strong vinegar tang—this one tastes more like curry in a bottle. Unique and flavorful.

Fantastic hot sauces
Sauces are great! Original is mildly spicy and has a nice richness to the peppery flavor. Kantha has a nice kick and burn to it - very herby and bright in flavor with the spice. The sauces are farily thick, like ketchup. Worked great as a dip and was fantastic on some chicken strips to sample. I feel like these could work well to marinate with. Will definitely buy again. Tried the Smoky Bhoot and by itself it's too much for me but I add a teaspon of this in to indian food to kick the spice up a level and it's perfect. Let's the family order something mild that everyone can eat and let's me still get that spicy burn I crave.

Great hot sauce that doesn't taste like vinegar!
By far the best hot sauce on the market that I have tried, and I have tried many. Not full of vinegar, not too sour. I use it on many things but especially chicken wings. The sauce is very thick though, so for wings it works better to thin it out a bit with water or another thinner sauce. It is a beautiful flavor that I haven't seen beaten. I just wish they would allow us to buy extra large bottles, because it takes only about 2 meals for me to finish this off. Whole family loves it, but it isn't for people sensitive to the heat chiles give.

Bringing the Heat
Perfect for the heat lover! My family likes my Tikka (et al Indian dishes) mild. Medium if they’re feeling extra adventurous. I like heat. Finally I can have a hot sauce to turn up the heat dial with an Indian flair.

Medium hot
It was alright. I thought Bhoot Jolokia will burn my mouth off in a delicious way. The initial taste is sweet which was nice since there is barely any sugar in it. The taste then turns hot which hit the front of the tongue. But it was not as crazy as I thought. Nonetheless, I would like to order more flavors since the sauce was delicious.
