Q: It’s not moving, does it only move in the water

Hi, yes of course, you can put it in the lakes, pools, ponds, etc!

Q: We received the product. Tried charging both batteries, but it does not turn on. How do we get it replaced?

The shark doesn't turn on until it's wet. There is a water sensor that prevents the motors from turning when dry, which is very confusing when testing it out. Run some water over its belly and then try operating the remote.

Q: Does it come with a charger? And do need to buy the adapter cables?
