Purchased for myself and relative who have hemochromatosis. We cannot take iron or high doses of vitamin c. This is very low c. It is just a multi vitamin - no minerals - which is exactly what we needed. It also does not contain k1 which is a problem for people on anticoagulants. Happy with product, no problems. Most multis have additives/inactives. Many other brands contain extra "stuff" (herbs, biotin etc) which may interact with prescription drugs or cause problems with some who have allergies. Many also contain red dye. This product HAS red dye. If red dye is a problem for you, then this product is not for you. I actually would prefer most vitamins and meds without dye, but it is hard to find. If you have a colored and coated pill of any color, it most likely has dye.

i have a very hyper-sensitive stomach and these do not make me nauseous or bloated. they are small and easy to swallow. and so economical!

Vitamins are important more important than people realize and when fasting or weight cutting or even days your super busy and forget to eat lol hiking camping etc it's a super good idea to take them just to make sure your body is balanced and has all of the essentials it needs to fuel yourself these are affordable and have everything you need you really can't go wrong
