Very effective for helping to keep ears clear of wax especially useful for hearing aid wearers. Being sterile saline solution it does not irritate the skin. Good value.

Use this all the time to clean my ears. Works great and wax doesn't build up.

reasonable way to keep ears clean won't clear blocked ears

It is a very good product to wash away your dirt inside your ears to prevent infection. It is easy to use and just follow the simple instruction.

Bought this as no longer able to obtain Audicleen. Does the job but comes in smaller quantity than Audicleen and not such good value for money. Nor is the knobbly-faced injector as pleasant in feel as Audicleen's smooth cone-shape equivalent.
