These worked EXCELLENT for my husbands knees that were bone on bone! Helped reduce pain! They were used daily when he drove over the road in semi truck. Easy to clean and worth the price! Very helpful.

I have been on two day hikes in preparation for a 6-day backpack trip, scheduled 4 weeks post-meniscectomy. This is a tight time frame, which is why I wanted a brace. So far, it has been comfortable, supportive, and helps me avoid the unexpected twisting motions that inevitably occur on a trail with uneven ground. The velcro tabs are a bit short, so I had to return the small size even though the dimensions fit. I ordered a medium, which works. Sometimes the velcro tabs still pop open, but not often, and it's easy to reattach them.

Alright, I’ve been wearing this brace for 3 months now. I had ACl surgery several years ago and my knee still acts up when I run. This brace did help me alleviate some pain, it’s light weight, easy to put on, flexible... but the velcro. The Velcro constantly comes off while I’m running, it is distracting and interrupts my runs. For the cost of this brace I wish Donjoy would have pursued a stronger securing method. Also, the compression sleeve seems to be oversized - but if you don’t wear it you’ll likely get hot spots or blisters from the plastic rubbing.

When ordering this it said free return and this item was supposed to be able to be returned. I ordered the wrong size by mistake. I thought I hit extra large and was sent a small and now it is saying I cannot return it I don't understand this The product seems like a very good product but your policy is not a good policy and when you're ordering it and it says it can be returned it. Should be able to be returned or exchange for the size you need

I wore these for 2 softball games. Great support and flexibility. The only downside is they keep sliding down, no matter how tight I strap them. The straps come undone easily as well. Going to end up taping mine before the games so they don't loosen and slide down.

I have patellofemoral osteoarthritis from doing squats from a few years back. I have tried numerous knee braces for different activities. I needed a brace that was stable on the knee while running/jogging. This is a large brace that covers the distal quadriceps to the proximal tibiofibular soft tissues. There are large straps that are affixed by Vecro. It fits a little bit larger than my size so I pull the straps obliquely to fasten them tight enough. I like the contact of the silicone straps to my skin, rather than use the underlying microfiber sleeve. My knee feels stable during a rapid pace of running and the brace stays in place. I feel that the material is sturdy, and I have used this for about 2 weeks daily. I have the shorter knee brace version, also, which I wear when I am not running. However, I prefer additional support when I do run. The price is quite high but I feel that this gives me more comfort and stability than other braces I have used in the past.

First off Ive had one ACL repair and a second surgery for another meniscus tear, and I have once again torn something and have a very unstable knee I do have a $1200 DonJoy sports brace that works great, I’m just looking for something to help with day to day activity a mild sports with the kids and hikes. Didn’t wear long enough to really test, I think sizing is off on the design, I first had a medium and the straps were in good position but the hinge pivots were way out front and not at the sides of my knee, I returned and got a large and the hinges/ pivots were still pretty far out front and now the straps were at there max tightness, any stretch over time and they would over lap, just walking around the straps came off the Velcro twice. Stability seemed nice support seemed nice but comfort out the window if squatting, no chance of full flexion, depended on leg size and fitment this is probably good for long walks, not for any real activity in my opinion.
