The CeraVe Acne Control Cleanser works so well on my skin. It helps reduce my breakouts and keeps my face feeling clean without drying it out. I love that it has 2% salicylic acid, niacinamide, and ceramides it clears my pores but still feels gentle. After using it consistently, I noticed fewer bumps and my skin looks smoother. Plus, it’s fragrance free which is perfect for my sensitive skin. Definitely worth it and I will keep repurchasing.

This is the only face wash that has curbed and HEALED my extremely stubborn hormonal acne. I had been having super painful cystic acne on my forehead, temples, and cheeks and this wiped it all out. More than that, it has encouraged cell turnover and my skin is finally starting to get rid of scarring. It’s so foamy and makes your skin soft and balanced. It really helps with sebaceous filaments too in the t zone! It’s the perfect amount of strength without drying your skin out, just follow it up with toner and a good moisturizer! (I use witch hazel and equate moisturizer) I wash my face in the AM & PM and it really helps my skin a TON. It does purge, but it’s worth it. Your confidence will go up and your skin will thank you. I have oily, acne-prone skin, so I chose this gel because it's a well-known brand. I've been using it for several days now, and I can say that it removes almost all the oil from my face, to the point that it dries out my skin and can even be abrasive. I don't recommend using it daily if you find it too drying. Currently, I use it 3 to 4 times a week and alternate it with a milder gel. It leaves your skin feeling completely clean, but also dry after a few days, even after applying moisturizer.

I'm always amazed that such a great product for your skin isn't an insane amount of money. Every dermatologist I've ever been to recommends CeraVe for your face. It cleans well without drying out my skin and takes off my makeup with out needed a scrub. I keep one bottle in my shower and one on my counter.
