I've been trying to cut back on salt in my diet for a while now, which has been a challenge. However, with these, I genuinely can't tell any real difference besides the distinct lack of salt in the final dishes I make with them. You get the savory, chicken-y and delicious flavor of standard stock cubes without the extreme levels of salt, which is absolutely perfect for me and the family. It also helps retain other flavors in a dish, since I can balance the amount of salt as required. For reference, I've been using them primarily with my Ninja Speedi for pasta dishes or rice dishes, both of which call for stock to enhance the flavor while cooking. I'll be buying lots more of these.

I use all the time for cooking baby food for my 6 month old. Add flavour without added salt.

Bought these to braise vegetables to supplement my dog's food and make it more appetising for him. Now he gets tasty meals without the salt. And they're great for humans too!

Not what I expected. Lacks more than salt, it loses flavour. I have to add more flavour with herbs and condiments.

Really tasty and it's very good for people who need to decrease the salt daily intake. I found it cheap to buy and of very good quality.

Excellent product.

Expensive for the amount of bouillon, can taste mostly parsley & turmeric. Taste is similar to Lipton's dry soups but without any salt, and with a significant fresher taste of herbs. Used a half cube for enhancing my homemade stock/soup per bowl. Will buy again, however likely best just tossing a couple of chickens into a large stock pot, some celery and carrots, and just boiling down into a paste. Would get far more chicken than any store bought bouillon. Although I say this all the time, I usually only reduce until pressure canning, and rarely ever get to the drying stage! Best having a box in the cupboard in the event needing a cup of hot stock.

This is the best chicken stock product I've tried so far, especially compared to grocery store chicken stock, which is basically just tan colored water. But probably that's because of the two largest ingredients, sugar and fat. Still, few calories, no sodium and good chicken taste makes it a winner, although one can argue it has the characteristic Knorr taste. Not sure if that's a bad thing.

Great taste with no salt. Can add my own to keep sodium levels within my range.
