I was hoping for more I think. The advice is sound and there are definitely some key takeaways but overall not much more than the good manners taught by parents and teachers when I was a child. Some of the language is a bit clunky.

I got the book Etiquette Secrets for my girlfriend. She was reading a lot about topics like « elegant lifestyle », « elegance society » and the « school of affluence » from Anna Bey on YouTube. So I though the book would be a perfect match. And she loves it. Especially the chapters about « Conversation Etiquette », « Travel Etiquette » and « Dressing Etiquette ». I highly recommend it !

The book is a very basic introduction to emotional intelligence with a couple social etiquette dos and don’ts mixed in. Good information, on the whole, if you’re new to etiquette. Needs extensive editing, though. There are a lot of typos, misused words, and many sentences could be tighten significantly to improve readability. Usually I gloss over typos with self-published books (to give authors some grace), but I found myself too distracted and itching to grab my editing pen.
