Pinch Spice Market, Ras El Hanout, 26 Ingredient Organic Moroccan Spice

This blend is amazing. We use it liberally on chicken, turkey, beef, pork, vegetables and even Impossible Meat and it instantly makes everything taste exotic and delicious. It’s not floral or heavy in rose, and it doesn’t have heat - it just packs flavor!! One of the nicer aspects is that it doesn’t have salt so you can adjust on your own. It really is a beautiful mix. I would never grind all this stuff on my own and I would never make it taste this good anyway. Is it cheap? No. But the quality is worth every penny. This stuff can elevate anything, and the house smells amazing for days when you cook with it!

This was my first purchase from Pinch Spice and I have to give them so much well deserved praise. It’s a wonderful “El ras hanout” spice blend! Very flavorful with just enough heat and warm spice taste. This has become our go to for any of our Moroccan dishes. The stay fresh pouch is very convenient for storage, keeping the blend fresh and bright. Highly recommended for all my friends and family.

Found the need for this spice on a middle eastern cooking site. I will try most anything and this brand apparently is the real MCCoy as a number of cheaper variants had fewer ingredients. This stuff is so flavorful you can almost eliminate salt. Its a real "where have you been my whole life product!!

I love cooking with Ras al Hanut but the quality can vary significantly depending on the brand. We bought this brand previously and were very happy with the quality so we recently repurchased. I’m happy to report the quality has remained consistently high. This is an excellent spice blend and we will continue using it as long as it remains so.

This is a solidly tasty ras el hanout. We had a big bag, previously, which came from Morocco, I think in comparison, there's a little more heat but less depth to the spices in this blend. We actually use it a lot with vegetables, I make a dinner bowl, with quinoa or barley at the bottom, black beans or some other beans, and then I sautée something - mushrooms, turnip or parsnip, yam, eggplant, etc. - in the bottom of a pot and then add cut up greens and about a tablespoon of this for 1-2 people. It was particularly good with eggplant. I haven't tried it as a meat rub, yet.

I found this seller of Ras el Hanout on a Reddit thread while searching a really authentic ras el hanout bland, either to create my own or find one ready made. I love to use it on cubes of lamb for a really delicious meal. The creator was talking about how they were perfecting this particular spice blend, so I tracked it down. It did not disappoint! This blend is far more complex, authentic, and multi layered than what you will find and just regular ras el hanout blends! When I opened it I got a waft of fragrance spices- it smelled so fresh and delicious! Highly recommend. :-)

Delivery is prompt and the spices are absolutely wonderful. I try to eat healthy and I'll mix a bunch of vegetables (egg plant, zucchini, sweet potatoes, carrots or parsnips, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, mushrooms, onions and whole garlic cloves) with olive oil and liberally sprinkle Ras el Hanout over all the vegetables and then roast in the oven. So good I eat it every day for a week.

I usually use this on baked chicken; it adds a complex and unique flavor that my guests always love. This is the best quality Ras El Hanout I've found - I've tried others, but this particular product has more ingredients that improve the flavor. It's not hot spicy, but complex and flavorful in a fascinating way.
