You don't realize how important using a specialized cleanser is until you learn the hard way. I really like the size of the tube- it is sturdy and easy to store. I also love how much product is in the tube- this should last me at least 10 months. I feel safe and comfortable after washing. There is no scent which is so important to me. Overall, really happy and satisfied with the DIVA system. You really and truly do not need much and it removes any residue within 5-10 seconds. Obvi cleanse for 30 seconds-1 min if you can. This system has saved me so much money and has really changed my life and made that time of the month so much more comfortable. If you are thinking about using a cup, go for it. Oh- and the consistency of the cleanser is gel like and reminds me of a fruit and vegetable wash if that is helpful to anyone.

The soap itself is great. I would give it 5 stars if the packaging was better. The hinges on the lid are very flimsy and often break with normal usage. The hole spout is also too large. When I’m trying to close the lid, more product keeps coming out. I’ve also had it leak in my travel bag. A screw on lid and smaller spout would probably fix it. Bonus points if they make a bottle that stands upright so you can set it on the counter lidless temporarily while you’re washing the cup, and then replace the lid once your hands are free.

I feel safe using this to wash my diva cup. I have never had any issues with it such as an infection or irritation. Highly recommend!

I started using this wash when I bought my first menstrual cup. I switch cup brands and bought that brand’s wash. Shortly after trying it, I had an allergic reaction. So I’ll only ever use Diva Cup’s wash.

This product has a nice fresh citrus scent that washes away and does not stick. It makes for a pleasant washing experience. A little goes a long way because of its good frothing action, so one bottle will probably last at least a year. Although I do not use the diva brand cup due to my preference for bell shaped cups, this wash is a go to product for me as a menstrual cup user.
