Tastes terrible, but works great

Excellent product that includes various vitamin B’s and other important supplements. I have read the negative reviews about the smell and taste but it is clear that you can swallow the tablets with water. Problem solved. I highly recommend and will continue to purchase this product for my health.

Too nasty to dissolve in my mouth. Will not purchase again. The tastes is horrible.

These B tablets really do seem to be working for me. I feel a bit more energy a bit after I take one. I only take one at the moment, but the suggested dosage is 2 tablets. I expect it'll take more time to see the full effect. I did want to mention the taste, which is considerable. I recommend swallowing them, because all the other reviewers are right, they taste pretty bad. Supposedly cherry flavored, but it's pretty far from any fruit I ever came across, lol.

Cracking fingernails and hair loss indicated I might benefit from vitamin and biotin supplements. These had less-frightening product description to assisted-living facility -- so they didn't demand a prescription first! Was able to take recommended 600mcg dose morning and evening, but the orange color tablets dyed my urine neon yellow. Much less extreme now that I'm taking the 300mcg prescription mornings and 300mcg of this in evenings. Also acts as a pale reminder at midnight if I've forgotten it...
