I ordered the UpNature diffuser because I wanted a larger water reservoir for my baby’s room. The company provides written and video instructions, both of which I followed carefully while setting up the unit. The first unit we received had a light that would turn on but no water vapor would come out. I tried multiple times to get it to work to no avail. I contacted their customer service and WHAT A TRIP. I explained that I had watched their video and read the instructions but still couldn’t get the unit to work. I am a human and while I don’t think it was human error, I was open to suggestions! They responded by sending me the video link I already watched. I responded by thanking them but, as I already explained, I already watched the video. They then responded by sending me the directions from the box that I ALREADY READ. So, my reponse was to ask the company if this was all a big joke since I had already explained twice that I had read the instructions and watched the video. Finally, someone responded and said they would send a new unit. I received the new unit two days ago. I plugged the unit in yesterday and it immediately sparked. Frustrated, because I had somewhere to be and didn’t want a fire hazard on my wooden table, I unplugged it and put it in on my bathroom counter. When I returned a few hours later, my entire counter had water all over it from where the closed unit leaked water through the BOTTOM of the machine. I have had many diffusers. We travel frequently and keep a small one in our suitcase. I have them throughout my house. Some work better than others, but I have never had a diffuser that just straight up didn’t work and then have one that sparked the first time I plugged it in. Horrible products. Mediocre at best customer service. Money wasted.

It doesn't really push through a lot of smell and it isn't the oils because I use the same ones at with with a different diffuser and I have zero complaints. Also the timer doesn't work. It still stays on all night. I expect the light to go off with the timer; it doesn't.

I like that you can direct the output to the side, it has different settings and easy to clean. I use it as a small space humidifier

This is not a mist or heated diffuser, the mist drying as described isn’t a feature, the scent is t very empowering like my old diffuser. It spews out a very minuscule amount of vapor and aroma. Would not suggest.

The media could not be loaded.  I’ve followed all the directions, tried doing it differently a few times and I can’t get ANY mist out of it. And the only time I smell anything is if I stick my nose in it…don’t buy this one. Even for a small space.
