Apple iPhone 12, 64GB, Black - T-Mobile (Renewed)

I was so skeptical about purchasing a used iPhone online i purchased it for my 10 year old daughter because her iPhone 11 stopped working and i needed her to have a phone for emergencies, this iPhone came in perfect condition small scratches that’s hardly noticeable it came with a screen protector and charger adapter and cord and instructions for set up that was so easy we didn’t have to go in store to T-Mobile to switch anything we was able to take her SIM card out of old phone and put it into this iPhone 12 I’m very satisfied with this purchase and my daughter is happy with the upgrade from a iPhone 11 to a 12 I would definitely purchase with this vendor again if you have doubts don’t take a chance you will be happy that you did

I got this for my daughter who is 12 and I didn’t want to spend a ton of money on a new phone. I was skeptical to buy it because it was refurbished and I wasn’t sure on the return policy and the reviews were mixed. Very happy with my purchase the phone looks brand new. It works great and the battery life Stays powered for longer than I expected. Can’t beat the price.

This phone was scratched and came in a bad cardboard box with an android charger and the camera didn't work I couldn't charge it and it was such bad quality definitely known as refurbished this was the worst experience ever. It wouldn't connect with my carrier and for 700$ I was mad as all can get out please please save your money and don't buy this piece of junk.

This iphone 12 was in "excellent" condition, and I would agree. I could not find any screen flaws, and only a small scratch on the back of the case. The phone was extremely clean, and packaged that made it look new. I've only used it a few weeks, but no issues. I did buy mine locked for tmobile since I was already using them, and the color was black, hence the price was really good at $349. I would expect this phone to drop once the iphone 15 comes out.

The iPhone 12 is a perfectly fine smart phone, and cheap!

In particular, the cell phone arrived completely well, I am satisfied with the purchase, the only thing to highlight is that the battery arrived at 86%, but taking into account that the cell phones are reconditioned it is good, very good option ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So I’m not sure if those of you who will read this review know what backmarket is, so I recently bought this exact same phone slightly cheaper on the other website and it was complete trash!! Won’t get in detail but just don’t waste your time meanwhile I purchased for about $30 more and it’s literally perfect no problems with the phone on arrival I waited 2 weeks to write a review just to see if it’s gonna hold up after I seen some reviews complaining I still have it a shot worse can happen I just send it back lol but yea this phone is exactly what I needed for an upgrade so thank you all for have it available also I dropped it a few times nothing happen tho I do have a case and screen protector but we know how far those go and I dropped it at work on a concrete floor and metal steps not a single defect charging is perfect it did come with a 86% battery life but I just added the phone to my apple care plan so that’s not an issue I have fast chargers anyway I came from a 7plus and XS Max and though it’s slightly smaller still comfortable I also love the OLED screen it makes everything so vibrant in editing my videos again thank you

We had high hopes because out of the box the phone looked very good/excellent. However the battery seems to drain much quicker than my wife's identical phone. Her phone battery life is 82%. This phone came in just above the 80% threshold at only 81%. To be rated as excellent we had hoped for at least 85% or better. On a full charge by 2/2:30PM PM the battery is in the red with average use. My wife's phone will go until about 7/8PM with the same usage before hitting red. Deciding whether to return and try another. Also it came with a charging chord but no adapter. This is disappointing .
