I purchased this Monster Cookie baking mix for a special event where one of the guests had dietary restrictions and required gluten-free options. I wanted to make sure she felt included and had something genuinely tasty to enjoy. Although this was a brand I hadn’t tried before, I was immediately intrigued by the flavor—Monster Cookies are one of my personal favorites, and I was curious how a gluten-free version would hold up. The instructions on the box were clear and simple, which made preparation easy even on a busy day. The only additional ingredients needed were eggs, butter, and peanut butter—all pantry staples—so I didn’t have to make any extra trips to the store. As I mixed everything together, I noticed the dough was a bit crumbly and drier than what I’m used to when making traditional cookie dough. However, with a little extra pressing and care, I was able to form the dough into cookie-sized balls without too much trouble. Once baked, the cookies held their shape well and had a nice, golden color. Of course, I had to try one before serving them—strictly for quality control! As someone who loves to bake and takes pride in what I serve, I refuse to offer anything I wouldn’t genuinely enjoy myself. I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor and texture. The cookies were soft and on the inside, with a rich peanut butter base and lots of chocolate pieces. You wouldn’t immediately guess they were gluten-free. In fact, they were so good that I’d happily buy this mix again just for myself, even outside of a gluten-free need. It’s a great option for anyone wanting a quick, satisfying treat that doesn’t compromise on taste, whether you’re gluten-free or not.

Great cookie! A bit crumbly after mixing. I took my larger cookie scoop (about a rounded tablespoon) and put them onto the pan and I baked them for about 8 minutes, then pulled them out and pressed the cookies down with a fork to flatten them, then I returned them into the oven and baked for 2 more minutes. They were not over baked and were perfectly done. The secret to cookies like these, is to bake them the alloted time and pull them out even if they do not look done - trust me they are.

My son is diabetic and has celiac disease, so requires a very special diet! His bday came up and I made him a lemon cake, but wasn't sure if it would be good, so I found these cookies as a secondary option. I am so happy I did!!! Not only does my son LOVE them, but his younger siblings (who are not gluten free or needing any special diet) love them as well. These are essentially a peanut butter oatmeal cookie with chocolate chips and m+m style candies mixed in. They requires only 1 egg, 2 tbsp butter, and half a cup of peanut butter to make. Not bad at all! Just as easy to make as any other cookie mix; and they bake up chewy and wonderful. You can choose what size to make the cookies, and I chose the medium sized option. With medium sized, it makes 18 cookies from each bag! For less than $4, that's an awesome deal for anyone who wants to use a mix rather than bake from scratch. They also only have 14g of carbs per cookie! Wonderful for those who also require low sugar and carb diets. I will be purchasing these on a regular basis from now on, as a healthy and delicious treat to make for my entire family. Hugely recommend these to everyone!!!

This cookie mix is going to be ordered on repeat. I started off with two packages and just made my first batch. Mmm, sooo good! All you need is a small amount of butter- a must in any cookie recipe, an egg, and some peanut butter. I’m sure you could swap peanut butter for almond or another nut butter, but I made it with PB first. These come together easily, they’re not dry or bland like so many gluten free items, and they taste great! The candy pieces have a satisfying crunch and the inside of the cookie is tender while the outside is crisp. The price point is pretty reasonable. If you have to deal with celiac disease and you miss a good cookie or a sweet every now and then, these will satisfy it.

I ordered this because I liked the ingredients in it and it was gluten free. They taste pretty good for a gluten free mix. It’s super easy to make but not a lot of people have peanut butter on hand which is required for this recipe. Also the cooking times are pretty off on the back. I probably added an extra 10-15min of time to the original. The texture of the cookies is good but a bit crumbly. All in all I would order it again.

These were so good! My so. Is gluten free & it’s so hard to find pre-made mixes that actually taste good. We’ll def be buying again. Due free too

I’ve been trying to eat cleaner so I ordered this mix a couple months ago and forgot about it until last night. I wish I tried these sooner!! The best chocolate chip oat cookies I’ve ever had. So chewy and the chocolate was rich. I’m a big texture person so these were delicious not dry at all. The only thing was while mixing the dough it did crumble a little bit but I also wasn’t using a mixer so maybe that’s why. The chocolate chips were hard to stick so lots of them were left behind but the cookies still turned out perfect with a good amount of chocolate in each cookie. I’m not a professional baker but these cookie sure do taste professionally made. Will order again
