So I ordered a set of these before and never received them even though it was said delivered. There was an error supposedly with the shipping address, but nothing was wrong with the address, it just went somewhere and I don't know where lol. Luckily got the refund, and decided to try again because I've heard these are good boxes. They actually arrive this time with no issues this time (weird) and one of the boxes is broken. The box themselves are okay, they feel tough buuuut as long as they arrive intact. I cut my losses and will use gorilla tape or something to keep it together, and the box that was whole keeps sturdy and I can see why people use them, but my experience with the shipping and then the broken box made me not want to but another one. I did also purchase the 9 liter one as well and that one I am happy with.

Spent about $100 on 7 more plastic bins in two sizes. I own somewhere between 40-50 of these RUB units in just about every size offered, starting many years ago when more sizes were available in retail office supply stores, particularly in the smaller sizes. You must learn to never grab the box near the handles or you are likely to dump the box contents as the box suddenly swings open and it too ends up on the floor - usually cracked. Surprise! They have one significant fault and that is the plastic is on the brittle side. I was not pleased that the 7 units I just received were shipped in one large box (OK) but no protection whatsoever for the contents which moved freely about. So yes, I ended up with a couple of chipped/cracked ones. So I then did the intelligent thing and just ordered a five pack of one size today. It would be nice if the damaged units were replaced free of charge! Hope they recycle well - bon voyage broken units.🤨

These boxes do not include the organizer tray shown in the video, nor have I found how to purchase separately. I am very happy with the durability of these "Useful" boxes. I have some that are more than 20yrs. old and used in my business daily!

Great storage options that are very easy to transport and stack for storage. They're design is great and they have good quality but the latch feels a little flimsy but I've not had any issues with it.

So far, these seem sturdy and will work well for making magnetic carrying boxes for my Warhammer minis. However, one arrived with a missing handle and the other handle loose in the box. Messaged the seller, hopefully they are responsive. I'll upgrade the rating to 5 stars if they send me a new handle. If you receive a loose handle, take care to orient it correctly before snapping it into place! I didn't and now the handle won't lock the lid correctly. I hope I can remove the handle and snap it in correctly without breaking the box. Update: the vendor sent TWO WHOLE NEW 4L CONTAINERS when all I asked for was a handle! Holy cow, that's customer service!!! Upgraded to a 5 star review, wish I could give more for this awesome replacement!
