Thought I would receive 2 in the package but only received one. The battery fit perfectly in my cordless phone and was charged 24 hours and the phone works well. Had to buy the second battery (their last one.they don't sell batteries any more) at Best Buy for my second cordless phone.

These batteries are exact replacements for our AT&E phones.

I liked the performance of this replacement battery within 24 hours of its installation after the previous battery had been dead for a very extended length of time. Regarding the features listed below (longevity, battery life, and value for money) I cannot say, because I have had the replacement battery installed for a short time.

I have two phones that take this battery. When one gets weak I use the other one more, but now after an hour of use which is active talking the battery starts to beep. Since I rarely talk for over an hour this wasn't an issue but I decided to replace them before it got worse. With fresh batteries I can leave them off the charger for a week or more and have multiple long phone calls before any low batt beeping occurs. It is very convenient and worth a few dollars! Since I got these here on Amazon last time I know it is exactly 5 years since I got my last pair. That is less than $1.00 per year per battery. I'm glad they are here!

I have an older model V-Tech phone and it was hard to find the right size batteries, or at least batteries that had that model number listed. Unfortunately only one of the two batteries in the pack works. And I tried plugging them in to the two different handsets. Another minor issue is the wires are shorter than the batteries I replaced so it was hard to fit them neatly into the cavity to close the cover.

Battery comes in totally flat and needs charging and on my phone charger it took 16 hrs to get full charge. After charge I have had no problems with battery going flat even after 3 days of charger. After 3 days was still showing full charge but it was just on standby all that time. Fast shipping and good customer service. I emailed them that battery was flat and they sent me new ones to replace them and told me to return others but when I checked them after other new ones arrived they were full charge so I bought the other two also and kept them too.
