I love this mop and don't look forward to buying a new one. I bought a couple other ones by L... and they are just sponge and push the water around this refill picks it up and it is the greatest

I really like this mop but the refills are priced too high.

How do you make an unpleasant chore even more infuriating? Choose this mop head that breaks every single time you try to use it. I ordered this one to replace another that had a sponge which ripped out of the metal housing in the middle of my last mopping attempt. I gave it the benefit of the doubt that the pervious mop head was unusually weak.Imagine my frustration when I finally got the house fully swept and ready to mop (no small task with two preschool tornados in the house) only to have this mop head break when I was less than halfway through my task. All attempts at pushing the sponge back into the metal housing were futile and only served to expand my vocabulary into increasingly colorful expressions.Of course, I will not be purchasing a replacement for this. I doubt I will ever buy another O'Cedar mop again.

I like my O'Cedar mop - built strong enough to handle my heavy hand use. So, although the mop heads were pricey - costs more per head than some similar complete mops - but like I said worth it to me.

Price to high

Very well make , good material and heavy duties to clean my floors

product was defective - company gave a 100% refund within 6 days of notification

Was hard to remove old and install new one.
