Does the job with no bells or whistles
For the price of 6.5$ That I got it at, it is a steal, six sockets with no issues and great quality.

Love it
I’m really happy with this Masterplug four-socket trailing unit! I followed a DIY guide and made my own extension cord with it something I’d never tried before and it worked perfectly. The instructions were clear, and the build quality is excellent. Each socket has its own switch and indicator, which makes it convenient and safe to use. As someone who doesn’t usually do electrical DIY, I was impressed by how sturdy and well-made it is. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to make their own custom extension lead!

The Masterplug One Socket Single Extension Lead is exactly what I needed for simple, reliable power where I need it most. The 5 metre cable gives plenty of reach without being bulky, and the white finish looks clean and unobtrusive in any room. It’s well‑made and sturdy, with a solid 13A rating that handles everyday appliances with ease. I love how compact and fuss‑free it is , just plug it in, and you’ve got instant, dependable power without extra features you don’t need. Perfect for home, office, or workshop use when you just need one extra socket. Great quality for the price and exactly what you’d expect from Masterplug!

I picked up this six-socket Masterplug extension lead because I wanted a straightforward way to power a small cluster of devices without introducing unnecessary switches, lights, or electronics. In use, it feels exactly as a basic extension should. The casing is lightweight but not flimsy, the sockets hold plugs securely, and the 3 metre cable provides enough reach to route it cleanly behind a desk or along a skirting board. I wall-mounted mine without difficulty, and the mounting points are sensibly positioned so the unit sits flat rather than twisting under load. From a practical standpoint, it handles everyday power demands without complaint. I have run a monitor, desktop PC, speakers, and chargers simultaneously, and the lead remains cool with no audible hum or looseness developing over time. The safety shutters are reassuring, particularly in shared spaces. The main compromise is the lack of surge protection, which means it is better suited to low-risk household or office setups rather than sensitive electronics in storm-prone areas. Within that context, it delivers exactly what it promises at a sensible price.

Decent quality for the price. You are not going to get a Belkin type construction at this price - but overall seems workman like and it should last. The switches do feel a little bit cheap but not so much that you would worry about safety etc. Was fairly easy to wire up with my own preferred length of mains cable.
