This is a brilliant piece of kit for the cost. Easy to install, CAT 5 cables supplied are of generous lengths. If you need a longer cable no issue with that. Set up is simple and app set up for remote monitoring works well and easy to set up. I like the alerts and the ability to speak to people to instruct them to leave parcels in a secure location. You can hear them speak back at you. Haven't had to shout at an intruder yet. You can adjust sensitivity to avoid alerts from animals if you wish or if you want to see the fox in the garden to upload to nature programs you can. No lagging in transmission of live recording to your app, the connection is very good. Tested myself lifting my hand up and it's super quick, virtually no lagging. Internet speed does play part of this, and I don't have super fast broadband/fibre where I live. 60mbps download and average 15mbps upload. Great clarity in picture quality and 4 spare ways should you want to expand the number of cameras. Night vision recording is very good. The infrared light on the camera is a good a deterrent. Overall my experience has been excellent. Far better product compared to others I have used before. DVR is compact with it's own screen and can be linked to a bigger screen with HDMI cable. Clear images on NVR screen and big screen and the phone. Look nowhere else for a CCTV kit. This is the daddy. Perfect for home and you would be able to use it for your business like a shop. Protect your property, business, family and staff. Great value for money, looks smart and works like a dream.

Arrived promptly, everything you need to set up, easy to follow instructions, plug in and watch. Very impressed with quality of equipment and quality of images.

Bought this system in August 2024 and found it easy to install. Every thing required is in the box and cable lengths long enough to cover an industrial building. Picture quality good both day and night. Am well pleased with the quality and price

After start to be faulty after 8 months, problem with the hdd ,cheap product, bad quality I hope nobody will buy it. The seller ask me to remove the hdd cable to save him send a new sistem. This product has one year warranty but not true.

The camera system is excellent and fairly easy to set up. The customer service through email and WhatsApp is excellent as well.

Fast delivery, the cameras were up and working the next day, a good quality picture, I've just got to sort the lights out, otherwise I'm very happy with them, thank you.

Wir haben das System seit einigen Monaten im Einsatz und möchten nun unsere Erfahrung teilen. Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell und die Installation war absolut unkompliziert. Die Infrarot Nachtsicht ist von guter Qualität, was u. a. im Garten sehr praktisch ist. Die Smartphone App funktioniert ebenfalls tadellos und war einfach zu konfigurieren. Der deutsche Hiseeu Support (Jason) reagiert prompt, ist freundlich und kompetent. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und können das Produkt weiterempfehlen.

Fácil de configurar, imágenes nítidas sin desconexiones, justo lo que buscaba. Por el precio que tiene, la calidad técnica es excelente, mejor de lo que esperaba. Incluido en la caja: NVR (disco duro, Monitor de color, 8 entradas + 1 salida de Ethernet, 1 salida de HDMI, 2 puertos USB), ratón de USB, cable de luz tipo españa/europa y adaptador 165W, 1 cable de HDMI, 5 cables de ethernet, 4 cámaras, tornillos, tacos y llaves para fijar y ajustar las camaras. cartel de zona de vigilancia (inglés), manual de instrucciones (inglés). La configuración fue sencilla. El NVR se conecta por cable al Router para poder ver desde la aplicación móvil. Esta app también fue fácil de configurar y usar, sin tener los pesados anuncios de otras apps gratuitas. Las cámaras 5Mp dan imágenes nítidas, mucho más claras que mi sistema anterior de 2Mp. Las luces infrarrojas funcionan con bastante claridad de noche. Y los focos LED son potentes, se encienden automáticamente cuando detectan movimiento (opcion que se puede desactivar en la configuración de cada cámara en el NVR.) La detección de movimiento es muy sensible. Incluso con la sensibilidad configurada en el nivel más bajo y con la opción de detectar solo humanos, a veces graba a personas caminando al otro lado de una valla metálica a 8 metros de distancia. Cada detección se registra como un evento en el app, y es muy fácil revisar los eventos en clips de 30 segundos, o se pueden reproducir por más tiempo si hace falta. Todo se graba y se reproduce desde el disco duro local; de momento no he necesitado el servicio de almacenamiento en la nube. Compré el NVR de 3TB, con cámaras fijas y con conexión POE. ¿Por qué POE y no por Wifi? Porque el Wifi es poco fiable en instalaciones más grandes. (Mi sistema anterior era de Wifi, y las cámaras se desconectaban a menudo, habiendo que reiniciarlas frequentemente para reconectarse). Con este sistema Hiseeu de POE, como todo va por cable directamente al NVR, no he tenido ni una sola desconexión. El producto incluye 4 cables largos (dos de 20m y dos de 30m). Son cables Ethernet Cat-5E que quizás no duren diez años bajo la luz directa del sol, pero de momento funcionan perfectamente. En fin. Un sistema muy completo y fiable, fácil de usar y con una calidad de imagen excelente para este rango de precio. Nota: En la foto del NVR con el monitor he pixelado las imágenes para proteger mi privacidad.

Ich hatte Probleme die Überwachungskamera mit unseren WLAN zu verbinden.Ich nahm Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice(Verkäufer )auf.Er hat sofort reagiert.Per WhatsApp konnten wir das Problem schnell lösen.Die Kommunikation untereinander war sehr freundlich.

ciao a tutti voglio condividere con voi la mia valutazione con questo kit di video sorveglianza direi molto valido sia qualita ke prezzo. ho usato tt l occorrente a disp nel kit , e devo dire davvero soddisfacente i cavi potranno sembrare non idonei , ma vi sbagliate , provare per credere . qualita video/audio ottima , reg. top ,istallazione semplice non ho avuto nessun bisogno di assistenza , forse xke sn un tecnico istallatore ,))) o meglio xke e davvero facile la configurazione .kmq vedremo nel tempo
