Excellent quality and value
Awesome brand that is very easy to swallow, with no odor or smell that I could detect. I always feel better about my daily routine by adding a multivitamin, and the question of actually noticing an energy boost is very hard to pin down. Regardless of whether you actually can feel the effects, it is certainly worth the benefit of supplementing your diet with a quality multivitamin that can make up for any deficiency that you might encounter based on your daily diet. The tablets are extremely small and coated so there is no noticeable taste to deter you from using them daily. Excellent quality and fantastic value.

price is good for a basic multivitamin
I saw these in a hospital pharmacy, and figured it had to be a good quality, later I showed to my Dr and they did not see any negative. The small size of pill makes it easy to swallow. note this a basic overall vitamin, If you have specific deficiencies or needs, you have to look at label and see if its adequate. , I use to be preventive. and have repurchased several times and will continue if price stays same, ,
