Watching a Youtube video is absolutely necessary to take apart the front portion of the dashboard for installation. I watched several. The translucent film for the numbers and lines on the speedometer is blue. So the old incandescent 194 bulbs emit a slightly yellow tented light. Yellow light passed through a blue film looks green. LEDs however emit a pure white light, so when they shine through the blue film, the numbers and lines look blue. This was a nice surprise. Watch the videos several times and you probably will not have much difficulty.

Used in a 91 Nissan D21 pickup to replace the dash bulbs, these are a direct replacement of the 158 bulbs (the larger of the dash back light bulbs, not the smaller A14V2WL bulbs, I note this as there seemed to be some confusion based on other reviews of similar products of which bulb is correct, so I hope this helps anyone who may be confused as to which is which as it took me a minute to figure it out as well) I will update on longevity of these for any reason fail early

The fitting is slightly wider on the outer circumference I had to use my dermal toll to grind down the outer in order for them to fit other than that it would have been difficult.

They are good and bright and they just don't dim but other then that will order more in the future

This product when I bought it said it fits a 2004 nissan sentra. However come to find out, it does not. I ended up sending them back but, looking at them they look like a very good quality light. I would buy them if I had a car they would fit in, they look super bright. Good product but they need to have accurate sizing on their advertizing. I did get a full refund thankfully due to amazon being amazing.

Make sure if they don’t work turn them around led is picky only works in one direction is all I can tell you ..

There are 10 of these in the pack. I put the LED in the holder and tried installing--too tight. I tried installing all 10 bases without an LED and got 3 to fit. When I put the LED in place, it apparently pushed the holder apart slightly and made those 3 unable to fit. You could probably sand or use a rotary tool to take a little plastic off and get them to fit, and other comments suggest that people have done that...but I wasn't willing. I'll try a different brand and see if they fit.
