Must have if you or your kid has frequent bloody noses. My 14 year old was getting constant nose bleeds - and pretty bad ones that would take up to 30 minutes to stop. I bought these to take on a trip to keep in my purse - they came in use when we were out shopping and she had a nose bleed. These are better than some others I've bought - the shape of these is perfect for the nostril.

Amazing life saving product to help with nosebleeds. Its compact size allows you to carry it with you in your purse or wallet. I keep at least one packet in all purses, first aid kits, & cars. We use the nicely designed foam strip to stop intense nose bleeds in their spot. It’s an expensive product but worth every penny. I have not experienced any discomfort while using the product.

This item works as advertised. Simply to use and works in seconds. Good yo have just in case.

I was quite dissatisfied with this product, as it did not deliver on its intended purpose. Considering the cost of $13 for just four strips, the value is disappointing. In my experience, basic alternatives like cotton balls were more effective.

These come in very handy during sport events. Stop bleeding right away while being comfortable.

I get nose bleeds. Sometimes minor sometimes bad. Last bad one i had ended me in the ER and was $450 BILL. Just had a bad nosebleed again today. Used the stop bleed nose strip. Within 2 minutes of putting it in my nose and pinching it. It was no longer dripping. 15 minutes later took it out of my nose. It had stopped completely. Totally recommended!!!!

these haven't worked as well as I was hoping. I have a lot of trouble with nosebleeds and need something to put a fast stop to them which this didn't do. I did help when paired with the usual compression for 5+ minutes but I don't know that it added anything. Was hoping for more.

This may seem like a strange post but the product is so good I feel compelled to share. I have suffered from inopportune nosebleeds for years. They tend to be particularly bad when travelling - I think due to dry hotel rooms. And they usually continue for a while after I get home. I ordered this product when we got back from travel. I tried one about 3 weeks ago. Not only did it work within minutes, I haven’t had an issue since. I recommend this product without hesitation!

They’ve been a great find for managing bad nosebleeds and provide real peace of mind when you need fast results. The quality and effectiveness make up for the higher price. I wouldn’t be without them and would highly recommend keeping some on hand, particularly if nosebleeds are a regular issue.

Haven't had to use it yet, but with my husband newly on anticoagulants, our neighbour told us to keep this on hand. I think the box we got was not just for nosebleeds, but a powder you can pour on cuts.
