I would not think so, but only because it doesn’t stick to the inside of a wall. We had to use double back tape.

Can the image be reversed to put on sides of a semi so they both face the same way on the truck?

I’m honestly not sure, but whatever you do, by double back tape. This did not stick to my son’s wall, and we had to use double back tape to get it to.
