Basal cell and MOHS surgery with 50 stitches on the side of my nose left me with a keloid scar. I've been using the silicone sheets but recently found this cream. I love it.. I'm applying it under makeup and when going out and don't have the patch on my face. It works well and keeps the scar moist. Very pleased with my purchase and using the two together. Easy to use, no odor, not greasy at all... Worth the money...

I have only been using this for a week so don’t yet know how effective it will be on scars from a recent surgery but am optimistic. A little of this cream goes a long way. It spreads easily and absorbs/dries quickly. It does not feel sticky after use. There is no discernible scent which is important to me. So far, so good. Assuming it performs well, the price is very reasonable.

Scar gel is definitely new for me-that's why i'm only giving it 3 stars. I guess it is what it is. Did make my eye burn a little at first use but the scar runs down my face and across from my eye and i made sure not to get it in my eye. Will continue use.

I ordered a tube of Advanced Medical Silicone Scar Gel after surgery on my face for a basal cell carcinoma. My dermatologist recommended silicone gel for my scar which was in the shape of a number 7 which went from under my left eye down my cheek. I had the surgery last March 2022. I applied by rubbing a small amount of gel twice a day on to the scar and I have to admit, 6 months later, the scar is barely noticeable. I apply the gel before my sunscreen. The gel works so have patience. I just ordered a second tube as I will continue to apply as I'm scheduled for some minor work under my eye in December. Great product!
