Flow Motion Faucet looks great, works excellently and is a great value!
Just replaced our 20+ year old kitchen faucet with this Bio Bidet model and it is an excellent replacement. The installation was a snap with the included instructions and via the design. This was my first time with replacing a faucet and it went very smoothly. We went with the brushed nickel finish since we have a stainless steel double-sink and the match is so close that you can't really tell the difference. My only minor issue was with the compartment that stores the batteries. You have to replace the module in the space in a particular position or it can be a challenge to get the door closed back over the batteries, but this is a nit pick and not a major issue at all. I appreciate the quality of the materials and the touch-less eye requires just the right distance from your hand that you would want to turn on/off the faucet automatically. The other feature I really love about this unit is the auto water flow start by simply pulling the sprayer head down and out of the unit, then stopping on its return to the spout. It's a nice extra function that you naturally fall into using all the time. If your looking for a great, modern, stylish, easy to install kitchen faucet, I highly recommend you give this one strong consideration. Excellent value for what you pay, easy to install, works like a charm and looks great!

Honestly the best touchless faucet you can buy
This may be the first, or at least one of very few positive reviews I've bothered to write on Amazon. That should indicate how much I truly like this faucet. I have been in 3 houses in the past 7 years and the first thing I do is buy one of these faucets. As others have already said, it always works, and the batteries last a very long time. When I first shopped for a touchless faucet, this one stood out as the only one that would automatically turn on/off as soon as you pulled the sprayer head down/up. I don't know if other manufacturers have caught up to the feature, but I don't care. This is a quality product at an incredibly reasonable price. Also, just today, when switching between manual and automatic mode, I broke the knob on the black controller box and water started leaking from it. I panicked and thought: (1) I was in for a hardware store trip in order to get parts to bypass the box; and (2) I was going to have to order an expensive replacement part (or whole new faucet!). But neither was the case. (1) the 2 hoses (in & out, essentially) unplug from the box and plug into each other with no tools needed, so I was able to bypass the box in under a minute. (2) I easily found their replacement parts webpage and a brand new replacement controller box was only $20 !! I had originally thought I'd try to file some sort of warranty claim, but for just $20 it was a no-brainer to just order it (with a lot of products, you end up having to buy the entire product again just to get your hands on a single replacement part). I would honestly never consider buying anything but this faucet, or a future version of it. If you end up considering buying something else because the finish options don't match your kitchen hardware, I'd recommend you change your kitchen hardware to match instead. Honestly.

Beautiful and keeps your counter clean
My Delta kitchen faucet was giving me some trouble so I decided that I needed a new one. After a lot of research I picked the Flow brand. It has good reviews and it has a good price. I ordered the oil rubbed bronzed. I am not sure where is made, since I could not find that anywhere in the box, but the company is based in Illinois and makes good bidets, so I figured they know about flow of water. It only took me three days to get it. It came very well packed and it is beautiful. I installed it the next day. I did not use the base plate since my counters are granite and I like the look better without the plate. The faucet only requires one hole, so you will need to use the plate if your counter has more than one hole. I do not have much room behind the faucet, so it works better for me not to use the plate because I wanted to have the opportunity to turn the faucet where you wanted in order to have the room to open the water handle all the way. The plate has a guide that locks the faucet in place, not allowing any wiggle room. It is super easy to install, just as the video shows. I read in some reviews that they had bad pressure water after the installation. That did not happen to me and I did not notice any change in the water pressure. Now the fun part came, which it is using the faucet. I never have a touchless faucet before in my house, but now I want all of the faucets in my house to be touchless. It is so much cleaner. I do not have a mess of water around the faucet that you constantly have to wipe off, plus the faucet does not get dirty when you need water and your hands are dirty, which it would requires you to clean the faucet and get water all over. My family loves the future of pulling the handle where the water automatically comes on and stops when the handle goes back into position. The faucet has a beautiful high neck, it is a very clean look design that makes it elegant. The only thing I would like better is that the sensor box have an option for plug-in, in addition to the batteries. I am not sure how often we will need to change the batteries, but it is a small inconvenience with all the advantages that the faucet provides. Overall in the 12 days we have it, we love the faucet and I really recommend it.

GREAT Motion Sensing Faucet
I really like this faucet. I've had it for almost two months now (9/8/16) and it's working great and haven't had to change the batteries yet. At first I thought it would be like the ones in a public bathroom where they only come on when your hands are moving under the faucet. This isn't the case but it comes in handy more than I thought. It has a 3 minute timer to shut it off if it gets turned on accidentally. I like the nickle finish. My favorite feature is the pull the spout out and it turns on. Put the spout back and it turns off. Installation was pretty easy. I did have to go to the hardware store and get longer hoses to reach the hot and cold supply which cost me about $10. The only con I have is that the flow control handle is very sensitive. Full off or full on are easy but in between has very sensitive adjustment. I got it on Prime Day and the price was great for a faucet with these features and this finish. I would recommend this product.

Happy at first, but then extremely disappointed!
Ordered this product based on the good reviews and hands free operation. Easy install and worked great with the sensor/hands free option. However about a month later we noticed the handle started leaking slightly. I contacted the manufacturer directly to try and resolve the matter and was told I could ship it to them for repair/replacement at my expense or they could send me the replacement part and I could do the replacement myself if I felt comfortable enough. Well I was not going to remove the faucet after just installing it and ship it back and wait for the repair or replacement with no faucet in our kitchen sink for a family of 4, for an undisclosed period of time. I am no handy man but after the rep told me they would send me a video that would walk me thru it, I agreed to give it a try. He then proceeded to send me a waiver form that I would need to sign, stating that I was replacing the part and they would not be responsible for any damage to the product or anything else as a result of the "work" I would preform. Bottom line is I signed the electronic paperwork, I was eventually shipped out the part (around 2 weeks later), never received a link to the "instruction video" for installation and now stuck with a leaking faucet. DO NOT BUY this product! Spend a little more money and go with a better known brand that provides a better warranty and stands behind their product.

Great quality kitchen faucet, would recommend. Installs easily with very few tools required.
I recently bought and installed this product. Its pretty good, the motion sensing works well and it doesn't get that dirty although my water is pretty hard. Pros: -The instructions were pretty good, they had pictures that explained things when the words were too terse, and I appreciate the photos -When I ran into trouble (I didn't know the motion sensing requires the water to literally be in the ON position, I thought they meant just cold, because if its ON its just water flowing down) I called them and someone quickly answered the phone and helped me with it -It comes with all the parts you need, including the deck plate in case you have a 3 hole countertop instead of a 1 hole countertop -This was my first motion sensing faucet and it wasn't that hard to install even though there's extra hoses for the motion sensing box -Installation required very few tools, no fancy basin wrench needed, a simple screw driver is sufficient -Once the motion sensing is setup, it works really well for not just activating but most importantly for turning off the faucet as well. Almost no lag and it doesn't feel annoying like you'd have to pause and spend extra time at the kitchen sink. The sensor is pretty good. Cons: -The nozzle isn't magnetic and retracting smoothly like those $300-400 brand ones. It has a lip on the back that lines up to close. -The 4 AA batteries that are needed don't come with it. Not sure if its because it would increase the BOM cost by $1-2 or there's some shipping liability involved. In summary, I bought this faucet because it was much cheaper (more than $100+, almost half price) compared to the other brands like Moen or Delta but it has the same or better quality. I installed into my new house construction home where I'm replacing all the Moen faucets with Hansgrohe faucets for the bathroom, and this FLOW faucet for the kitchen sink.

Adds a whole new dimension to my kitchen
I adore this faucet. But let's get the installation business addressed first. Plumbing has never been my thing. So when others described the install as "a snap, 15 minutes, no problem," I figured on two hours. It actually took three, plus two trips to the hardware store because the competent employees had all gone on break leaving me to try to explain compression fittings to the one who remained. It's not often I can say I had a meltdown over braided hose in Aisle 9, but there you go. Now this in no way reflects the design of the faucet, just the design of my house and its water supply setup. Everything as far as the Flow was concerned was easy-peasy, intuitive, and well thought out, and I was even able to get an answer to one of my installation questions via live chat. When the install was at last completed, the new faucet looked stunning, worked perfectly from the get-go, and there were no leaks, dribbles, or errors. Spent fifteen minutes just playing with the sensor, it's that much fun. So bottom line is, great faucet, great value, know your ability, and don't hit the hardware store at lunchtime. Love it!

UPDATE AFTER NO CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE
UPDATE: I have dropped two stars from the review after experiencing an issue and trying to contact customer service. The sensor still works but takes 30-60 seconds before the water actually turns off. The flow has dramatically diminished as well, despite repeated cleaning of the spout and filter screen on the undersink device. For the first year this worked well then started having minor issues regularly to where the sensor is not usable any longer and we have switched to bypass mode. Contacting customer service via the website has gotten absolutely no response. While I would expect warranty coverage, even hearing I had to pay for replacement parts would be more reassuring than ignoring our repeated requests for help. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- ORIGINAL REVIEW: I was skeptical when I ordered this faucet as it was a pretty low price compared to others on the market and I worried a bit about something failing which would leave us without a functional sink. We have been using this faucet for about 2½ months now with no issues (mistaken in the video when I noted 6-7 weeks). While moderately handy, I am definitely not a plumber and found no issues getting this in place. The directions are pretty clear and it is fairly simple to install the setup. My original faucet used three holes in my sink - one for the water, one for the flow/temperature control and another for the handheld sprayer. This faucet put all three of these into a single hole. The faucet does include a base that would cover three holes (faucet in middle and covering one hole to either side), but I decided to use some sink hole covers I found on Amazon (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B078NLZD83) and have been pleased. It is easy to bypass the sensor if you want to use this as a 'normal' faucet. The batteries are easy to replace and I have not needed to change the new batteries I put in it (initially put in used which only lasted a few days). All in all this has been a great faucet that was exceptionally easy to install. UPDATE: After using this for about four months now I continue to be amazed at this faucet. There have been absolutely no issues! We are much more water efficient because you can easily turn on/off the water without needing to touch the handles. This means that while scrubbing dishes or washing your hands you can have the water off while doing the scrubbing and quickly turn it back on to rinse. I am hoping the company will make a bathroom sensor faucet as it would be stellar to be able to turn on/off the water with a wave of the hand while brushing teeth or washing hands!
